The D801-AWP Series is a washdown multi-lane checkweigher that grades wet products such as fish, seafood and chicken breast into anything from 3 to 17 weight bands at high speed. A Single Point Load Cell, ±1g accuracy and throughput of up to 120 pieces per minute make it ideally suited to seafood processing lines.

Multi-lane grading system
Grades products automatically by weight into anything from 3 to 17 bands. The IFL4, IFL6 and IFL8 models let you match the number of grades to the scale of your line.
Washdown construction
Waterproof construction designed for lines handling wet products such as seafood, fish and chicken breast. It runs reliably over the long term in food processing environments where high-pressure washdown is routine.
High-precision weighing
Built around a Single Point Load Cell with a 1g minimum division and best operating accuracy of ±1g~±2g. Even products such as fish, where weight varies widely from piece to piece, are graded to precise weight bands.
High-speed continuous throughput
Throughput of up to 120 pieces per minute keeps pace with large seafood processing lines, while the 150mm belt width is optimised for grading individual fish and seafood.
Intuitive controller
The touchscreen controller makes it easy to set weight bands, enter the threshold for each grade and review sorting statistics.
Sorting history management
Register weight bands for each product, log every sorting result and export data via USB to preserve a complete quality-control record.
