the all-round D801 checkweigher
The D801 Series is a standard checkweigher designed to inspect the weight of food, cosmetics, components and much else besides. High-precision Single Point Load Cell weighing, a durable STS frame and a choice of 4 rejector types allow the machine to be configured to suit any production line.

An easy-to-use, general-purpose design combined with a high-precision load cell delivers weight sorting you can rely on.
High-precision weighing
A Single Point Load Cell delivers accuracy down to ±0.1g, so everything from small, lightweight items to large, heavy products can be weighed and sorted accurately.
High-speed sorting
The compact models (A100 · A150) sort at up to 200 pieces per minute. Choosing the model that matches your line speed maximises throughput.
Durable frame
The entire frame is built in high-strength stainless steel (STS304), making the machine suitable for food and pharmaceutical plants with strict hygiene standards and for sites that require repeated washdown.
Intuitive controller
The touchscreen controller makes it straightforward to set weight thresholds, review sorting results and call up statistical data.
Sorting history management
Weight thresholds can be registered for each product and every sorting result logged. Administrator password protection and USB data export keep quality-control records fully traceable.
4 rejector options
Choose from 4 rejector types — belt drop, belt-on pusher, air jet and flip bar — to build a reject system matched to your product characteristics and line layout.

Reject devices (rejectors)
4 rejector types are available, so you can choose the best method for your product shape, weight and line layout.
Belt drop
The sorting belt drops away so that rejects fall clear. Simple in construction, well suited to high-speed lines and recommended for products that tolerate impact.
Belt DropBelt-on pusher
A pusher sweeps rejects off to the side. Discharge stays reliable in continuous running, making it ideal for flat items such as pouches and packaging.
Belt-on PusherAir jet
A blast of compressed air removes the reject instantly. Tailored to light, small products and ideal for high-speed sorting lines.
Air BlastFlip bar
A rotating bar deflects rejects to the side. Suited to cylindrical items such as glass bottles and cans, and to high-value products where impact must be kept to a minimum.
