Unified monitoring
View every registered device on a single screen, grouped by type. Temperature sensors, metal detectors and checkweighers each have their own tab, so operators reach the information they need straight away.
Real-time temperature graphs
BLE temperature sensor data arrives in real time and is displayed as cards and graphs. Changes in chilled, frozen and other CCP environments are visible the moment they happen, and an alert is sent automatically whenever a threshold is breached.
Detection & weight data
Detection history from metal detectors and the PASS, overweight and underweight verdicts from checkweighers are shown on cards, together with part number, detection count and production count.
History lookup
Filter past data by today, 1 week, 1 month or 3 months, and plot aggregated graphs at 1, 10, 30 or 60-minute intervals. Tracing exactly when a problem started takes seconds.
CSV download
Download any history you have viewed as a CSV file for further analysis in Excel or to attach to a HACCP report. Files open cleanly, with no character-encoding problems.
Device management
Add or remove BLE names for temperature sensors and topics for metal detection and weighing devices directly on screen. Alert thresholds and cooldown times can also be set individually for each sensor.

Per-sensor alert thresholds
Set upper and lower temperature thresholds and alert channels individually for each sensor. Telegram and email can be used together, and a cooldown time in minutes stops the same alert arriving too often.

Telegram push alerts
A push notification reaches the smartphone immediately. It runs over Wi-Fi or LTE at no messaging cost, and inviting the bot into a group chat lets the whole team receive alerts at once.
Email alerts
Alert emails are sent to the registered address. A record stays in the inbox for easy follow-up, and alerts can be shared just as easily with external parties such as customers and supervisors.
App push alerts
With the dedicated smartphone app installed, push alerts arrive even when the app is fully closed. Android devices receive them directly, with no separate messenger required, and logging in to several devices with the same account delivers alerts to all of them at once.
