Food safety, digitalised
Smart HACCP Solution
Inspection data from metal detectors and checkweighers is transmitted in real time over Wi-Fi or a wired network, automating critical control point (CCP) monitoring. Do away with handwritten records and manage the plant floor from anywhere.
System architecture
The complete data flow, from plant equipment to the Smart HACCP platform and on to management results.
The four Smart HACCP certification requirements
Our system meets every mandatory Smart HACCP function required by the Korea Food Safety Management Certification Institute.
IoT sensors measure CCP processes continuously and automatically — zero handwritten records
All data is saved to the database automatically, with tamper protection for full integrity
The moment a critical limit is breached, staff are alerted in real time by app, email or SMS
Reports for HACCP certification bodies are generated and printed automatically, cutting admin time
HACCP is now
managed automatically
HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a food safety system that identifies and controls hazards in advance, from raw-material intake through production and distribution.
Conventional HACCP meant checking data on the line and recording it by hand, whereas Smart HACCP applies IoT, sensors and data analytics to make every step digital and automatic. Monitoring once carried out every two hours becomes continuous, and the record-keeping burden is dramatically reduced.
Paper logbooks → automatic cloud DB storage
On-site inspection → remote mobile access
Six core functions
What the DMSense Smart HACCP solution delivers.
Real-time data transmission
Data from metal detectors, checkweighers, temperature and humidity sensors and other devices is sent to a central server over Wi-Fi or a wired network. Integration with a cloud HACCP system enables remote monitoring and real-time analysis, and managers are notified the instant an anomaly is detected.
Automatic recording and storage
Every HACCP record is saved to a database automatically, making history searches straightforward. Where a network connection is impractical, data can be backed up and transferred manually via USB, and inspection records can be searched by time window to support root-cause analysis.
Printing and documentation
HACCP inspection results, temperature and humidity logs and metal detection data are printed automatically to support your document files. The system links to barcode label printers to produce labels carrying product inspection details, and generates reports ready for submission to certification bodies.
Product and ingredient traceability
Barcodes on raw materials and finished products are scanned and linked to the HACCP traceability system. Production and inspection histories are stored against each barcode, so the full history of a product can be retrieved instantly if a problem arises, and barcodes applied at dispatch extend traceability through distribution.
Anomaly detection and alarms
Whenever a HACCP limit is exceeded — a temperature excursion or a metal detection, for example — a real-time alarm is raised. Automated data analysis identifies emerging patterns to predict risk before it occurs, while email, SMS and app push notifications let managers act immediately.
Cloud and remote management
HACCP data is stored and analysed in the cloud, so several sites can be managed together from one system. Data can be viewed and settings changed from mobile or PC at any time, with live report access and automatic backup.
Business benefits
The changes companies notice once Smart HACCP is in place.
Automating CCP monitoring and computerising record management delivers greater reliability
Moving from two-hourly checks to continuous monitoring brings greater control accuracy
More frequent observation and an instant alarm on any deviation make a rapid response possible
Analysing and applying the CCP data you collect brings easier monitoring management
Smart HACCP incentives
The benefits granted by the Korea Food Safety Management Certification Institute once Smart HACCP certification is obtained.
The annual unannounced audit → replaced by self-assessment, with bonus points at renewal
Digitally kept logs such as CCP monitoring records are officially recognised — no paper printouts
The Smart HACCP mark may be shown on packaging and used in advertising, plus listing on the institute's website
The certification mark demonstrates food safety transparency and strengthens brand trust
