The D801-C Series is a high-capacity checkweigher engineered specifically to inspect heavy products such as cement, bottled water, chemicals and cartons. With belt widths of 400~600mm and weighing up to 60kg, it is ideally matched to heavy-industry and logistics production lines.

Heavy-capacity precision weighing
Weighs up to 60kg with ±10g accuracy. A One Point load cell is fitted to the C400 and C500 and a Two Point Load Cell to the C600, so even large products are sorted precisely.
High-speed handling of large products
Belt widths of 400~600mm give ample room for large products such as cartons, containers and sacks, running continuously at up to 45 pieces per minute.
Built for heavy industry
The high-strength stainless steel (STS304) frame keeps the machine running reliably for years in cement, chemical and food and beverage plants where dust, moisture and impact are part of daily life.
Intuitive controller
The touchscreen controller makes setting weight thresholds and checking sorting results quick and straightforward.
Sorting history management
Register weight thresholds for each product, log every sorting result and export data via USB to keep quality-control records in good order.
Broad application range
Suitable for any manufacturing or logistics site handling heavy products — bottled water, makgeolli, bleach, cement, paint, detergents and small-parcel logistics among them.
